MARVIC

Marvic is one of the few remaining privately owned British fabric houses and they pride themselves on truly genuine personal service and attention to detail.

Marvic Textiles was founded by Victor Afia in 1938. His aim was to offer fabrics for decoration that were superior in style and quality, importing from France, Italy and Belgium. Today the London based business is run by his son Peter Afia who, starting with an in-house studio in the 1980s, offers exclusive Marvic designs and quality fabrics, many made in the UK, to the domestic and export markets. Indeed, Marvic is one of the few remaining privately owned British fabric houses and we pride ourselves on truly genuine personal service and attention to detail.

Marvic specialises in the design, production and distribution of the best luxury woven fabrics in the interiors industry and have become known for creating timeless classics of an enduring appeal.  They supply internationally acclaimed designers, discerning consumers worldwide, hotel groups, including Firmdale, Handpicked, Red Carnation and Rocco Forte and a number of leading 5-star hotels such as The Lanesborough, Le Bristol, Peninsula Beverley Hills, Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton Hotels around the world. Also many of our designs can be found in the country’s most famous ancestral homes including Buckingham Palace, Sandringham, Chatsworth and Althorp.

They have recreated some of their most popular textiles as wallpapers giving you the option to surround yourself with your favourite design.
